Inverse Problems - Organization of report on the computer exercise

Do not enclose the written formulation of the exercise!
1) Introduction (short description of the background of the problem)
2) Theory (a brief exposition of the necessary theory)

For each of the 3 parts of the report, include the sections below.
Point (3) may - depending on the concrete computer exercise - be the same for 2 or all 3 parts.

3) Formulation of the problem (What is data, model parameters and relation between data and model parameters?)
4) Results (model estimates, resolution, model uncertainty etc. No discussion in this section!)
5) Discussion of results
6) Conclusion (summary of the most important observations)

7) Appendix: Program code

A general remark
Remember that this is a mathematical/numerical report. Avoid unnecessarily wordy explanations based on intuitive arguments. Supply all arguments, but be concise and precise!
